How Evidence-based am I? A Practical Approach to Integrating the Principles of Evidence-based Veterinary Medicine

Evidence-based veterinary medicine (EVM) is a concept that is increasingly being discussed within the veterinary profession. However, it is not always clear how the concepts of EVM apply to busy practitioners working in different environments with a range of facilities. This workshop will focus on how to practically apply the principles of EVM to everyday veterinary life with a view to ultimately improving the care of patients. Concepts covered will include how to effectively run journal clubs and how to get the most from product representatives.
