Training Now specialise in health and social care apprenticeships. As a subsidary of a national supplier of care and support services, we have significant knowledge/experience of the sector and regulatory requirements including those of the Care Quality Commission.

The organisation currently has 300 apprenticeships nationwide within Adult Care and our HR/training teams ensure apprentices have access to suitable materials and support across a range of methodologies.

Our training team are experienced professionals from the social care industry enabling us to offer a bespoke service tailored to suit individual requirements. We cater for individuals as well as groups.

Training Now offers apprenticeships in the following sectors:

Adult Care Worker (Level 2) - 12 - 18 months

Lead Adult Care Worker (Level 3) - 12 - 24 months

Assistant Practitioner (Health) (Level 5) - 18 - 24 months

Healthcare Support Worker (Level 2) - 12 -18 months

Senior Healthcare Support Worker (Level 3) - 18 - 24 months

Team Leader / Supervisor (Level 3) - 12 - 18 months

Operations/Departmental Manager (Level 5) - 30 months

Customer Service (Level 2) - 12 - 18 months
