Information
This course provides a practical application the the practice of Building Surveying. Using a newly constructed Building Research laboratory in the form of a residential lodge that has been converted for research purposes. Because of the practical nature of this CPD delegate numbers may be limited.
The course includes:
- Building Pathology
- Surveys and defects
- Audits
- Schedules on condition
- Use of modern surveying equipment
- Heat seeking cameras
- Practical workshop.

Stephen Neale is a Chartered Surveyor who is employed by the University of Portsmouth School of Civil Engineering and Surveying as a senior lecturer responsible for construction technology subjects.
Course Costs
- The standard price for a half day course is £90.00
- For Individual and Organisations booking three or more half day courses at one time can obtain the courses for £75.00 each course as a multirate discount
- For APC candidates/Retired attendees the price is £60.00 per course
