Course description
This module explores and critiques key ideas in theory and practice in relation to the developments of personal skills. Through structured experiences and interactive workshops studets will be supported in broadening and deepening their skills as mentor and coach and in developing their practice reflectively.
Successful completion of the module grants 20 credits towards the MA Education awarded by the University of Worcester.
