We are an acute hospital trust who employ120 apprentices within our 4500 workforce .Within the last two years the Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust (WHNHST) has delivered 250 apprenticeships within our own workforce. WHNHST has above average success rate of 90% with most apprentices taking the opportunity to go on to work for the Trust in substantive posts.Walsall have set a clear vision fore our future as an integrated care organisation that improves the health and wellbeing of the people who use our service.
