Do you want to pursue a career in beauty? Then this is the course for you.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This course is for school leavers aged 16+.
You should want to learn about the Beauty industry in manageable pieces and have an interest in hair and media makeup.
A college, navy-coloured uniform and Level 1 kit is essential to purchase prior to starting the course. Information will be given prior to enrolment
You will also need:
- good communication skills.
- creative ability (desirable)
- a positive reference/school report (including attendance and punctuality)
- a GCSE English language grade 3–2 and a positive effort towards maths
If you haven’t achieved a grade 3 (D–E) In GCSE English at school, you will start at the entry level and work on achieving your grade 3 so that you can progress onto the full level 1 Diploma.

Training Course Content
What you'll learn
The course is divided into 13 modules to include practical units in skin care, face painting, basic hand care and manicure. You will be required to complete a series of tasks to accompany each of the practical units in order to be successful in this programme.
