To facilitate learning, our Lean Six Sigma training is presented in 3 modules, each with increasing levels of experience, technicality and competency: Yellow Belt, Green Belt and Black Belt.

The Objective of the Yellow Belt Course is intended at an introductory level into Lean Six Sigma. It may also be deemed as a taster to beginners. It gives participants an overview of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, associated terminology, concepts and tools. Learners will be expected to participate in discussions and simulation exercises during the Course. Once you have completed this Course, you will be ready to successfully participate in a Lean Six Sigma team. The Yellow Belt course is normally a foundation course as part of a 5 -day Green Belt Course.
