Insurance Practitioner Level 3
An increase in demand, recent technologies, social media, climate change, and the recent global pandemic, has forced the insurance industry to adapt a new way of working and caring for its customers. With variety of drivers causing change insurance organisations and professionals need greater skill and understanding as well as clearer and more conscious methods.
The modern insurance professional needs to embrace the change and have the understanding to guide, advise and support customers whilst also adhering to their organisation’s procedures and legislation. ThisInsurance Practitioner Level 3apprenticeship will support learners in developing the foundation they need to do by empowering them with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
