Course description
Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4
Organisations must act in line with relevant regulations and legislation, whilst also ensuring they are not having a negative effect on the environment, society, their customers, and their employees.
It is well recognised that the regulatory climate is a key contributor to the creation of a positive and supportive business environment whilst also assuring public and environmental protection. This increases the need for reliable, trustworthy, and skilled regulatory compliance professionals.
The Regulatory Compliance Officer Level 4 apprenticeship develops learners’ knowledge and skills to enforce the law working for a regulatory body. It also equips learners working in the private sector to best assure their organisation is compliant with legal requirements such as Health and Safety at Work and Data Protection. Learners will be able to confidently carry out inspections, investigate complaints and advise on business compliance.
