Senior Housing and Property Manager Level 4
To manage an estate agent branch, property professionals need a blend of skills and understanding to efficiently manage their staff in addition to the branch itself. They will need to have a combination of skills to manage finance, people, projects, strategy, and the day to day running of an estate agent branch.
This Senior Housing and Property Manager Level 4 apprenticeship offers a range of topics which allow professionals to grasp the knowledge and skills they need to progress their career to management level.
From the varied range of topics covered, property professionals will gain a deeper understanding of people management, budgeting, strategy, legislation, and other key knowledge areas needed to successfully manage an estate agent branch.

Candidates must be in a role with responsibility for managing direct reports
Apprentices will be eligible for the following memberships:
- Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) at Member level
- Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) at Member Grade or Fellow Member Grade (depending on length of service within the sector and position within the organisation).
- Institute of Residential Property Management at Member Level (IRPM)
