Course description
This hands-on, practical photography course will give you the skills and knowledge to gain work in the photographic industries or to progress into our photography degree programme here at Barking & Dagenham College. On this course you will have opportunities to undertake real 'live' photography briefs for internal and external clients, providing you with experience of working in the photographic industry. You will undertake a range of assignments that will introduce you to a variety of photographic genres including fashion photography, portrait photography, landscape photography and advertising photography. You will also gain valuable visual language skills through a series of Contextual Studies where you will learn about the work of other photographers.
