Overview
This course will improve and deepen your knowledge and understanding of construction law and principles; procurement routes and different forms of contract; and construction dispute resolution: adjudication, litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Learn in the context of real-life examples from an experienced professional and apply your knowledge and understanding to real-life scenarios.Who is this for?
This course will be of benefit to lawyers of all levels including students and trainees and some non-lawyers (especially architects, engineers, surveyors, accountants, Human Resources) who require a grounding in construction law.
