Identify the different forms of personal data, where and how it can be collected, processed and stored, and the different forms of data handled. Includes training on special categories of personal data and handling children’s data.
Data protection principles
Understand the six principles of data protection, covering how data is collected, processed and stored and the importance of using it for the stated purpose and keeping data accurate and up-to-date.
Working with data
Learn about best practices when working with data in different roles across an organisation to ensure compliance with GDPR legislation. Includes training on data breaches and scenarios on working with data.
Assessment
Test your GDPR knowledge with an end-of-course assessment. A certificate of completion is awarded when trainees achieve a pass mark.

Our GDPR training is delivered online, and you can learn at your own pace. Courses can be accessed using a web browser over broadband on laptop and desktop PCs and mobile devices such as tablets. You can save your progress, and organisation-wide training can be recorded as part of ISO audits.
