Course description
The IPAF Dual Mobile Vertical (3A) + Mobile Boom (3B) MEWP Operator Combined is our flagship IPAF training course, designed for operators of a Mobile Elevated Work Platform, such as scissor lifts or boom lifts.

Delegates should take this course to comply with the duties placed upon employers and employees by law. The International Powered Access Federation (IPAF) PAL Licence is recognised worldwide. A PAL Card and certificate are issued to the candidate on successful completion of the course and assessment.
Training Course Content
The training agenda is formed by 2 major parts:
1. Theory (via e-Learning, online at your home) – this will be allocated upon your Order with us
- You must ensure you’ll complete your IPAF Operator eLearning Online Training Module (1-3 hours to complete), before attending your booked course. Whilst all devices are allowed/compatible to complete your online training, we strongly recommend using a Laptop/Computer to enjoy its full value.
2. Practical (at our Training Centre)
- Visual Inspection & Legal Checks
- Pre-Use Inspection of a MEWP
- Practical Training
- Practical Assessment conducted indoors at our purpose-built Training Centre
