It will enable you to better understand and implement the value of creative leadership for yourself, your team and your organisation. This course takes place in a supportive environment and participants will receive professional coaching and constructive feedback throughout the day.

Training Course Content
Participation in the course will provide you with the knowledge to:
- define the meaning of creative leadership and what it means to be a creative champion
- learn how to help others to be creative and innovative
- recognise the boundaries and barriers to creativity in organisations - and how to tackle them
- generate enthusiasm in those around them and inspire them to explore what is possible
- write their own ‘manifesto for creativity’ which they can take back to their own workplace and implement
- form a learning set with other participants, to maintain momentum after the course
