Course description
This course is one of our eight Core Behaviours Introductory Programmes, which aim to provide you with the defining behaviours of our profession.
Alongside workplace learning and development in our roles, we also need to connect with – and contribute to – the wider people profession and be curious about external practices and trends to inform our own learning.
Through cutting-edge learning content, this course will inspire you to be proactive when it comes to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and to encourage others to follow your lead. It will highlight the importance of CPD and help you to explore your role in making continuous learning a way of life.
This Introductory Programme will support you to consider your role in making connections and sharing good practice. You'll explore ways in which you can innovate, reflect on your own experiences and insights, so you can learn from them, and really get to know yourself through constructive feedback.
Throughout the course, you'll be encouraged to take part in reflective activities to help embed your learning into your day-to-day practice. You can also access a community of peers where you can share knowledge and experience with others, whilst developing connections.
