Lean Thinking & Process Improvement- In House
Our course is delivered in house or virtually for organisations throughout Europe. We can deliver from your own premises or at an external venue or virtually. You can have up to 20 participants on this course.
Lean thinking facilitates reductions in cost and lead times. Lean UK service organisations that have undergone extensive lean training are better placed to survive in increasingly competitive global markets. This course will introduce the concepts of lean thinking and provide some practical tools and techniques to improve business processes to deliver tangible savings.
