Certification Programme for Coaches and Leaders Level 1 (Public Course)
This education is for you who is passionate about helping others in their professional career and personal development. You are goal oriented and want to achieve the best and highest results both for yourself and for others. You are committed to focus your energy and drive for reaching this goal. No matter if you already work as a coach or if you have a management or leadership position, this education will improve your leadership and coaching skills.
Our intention is to equip you with the best professional tools in the field of coaching and leadership.
THE PROGRAMME
The certification Programme for Coaches and Leaders consists of 8 days, divided into 4 Modules, spread throughout a minimum of 4 months.
The whole education is based on the core competencies, defined by the ICF (International Coaching Federation) to support professional coaches on a global market, equipping them with life-changing tools.

For you who want to become an ICF certified coach on a professional level.
Internationally recognized and quality assured education, accredited by ICF –International Coaching Federation.
No previous knowledge required.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
This is a Level 1 education preparing you for ACC credentialing. Our graduates may begin the credentialing process as soon as they successfully complete this education and are issued a Level 1 certificate by CoachCompanion. The separate examination is held and conducted by ICF.
CoachCompanion aims to achieve the highest passing score of our participants at the ICF’s examination platform. We will partner with you throughout the whole process.

Training Course Content
8 days of education, 75 hours
Working hours are between 9.00 am – 4 pm (CET) according to the schedule.

- Module 4, days 7 & 8 Your greatness as a coach
Mentor Coaching
10 Mentor coaching sessions with a professional certified coach (PCC) both individually and in groups.
Observed sessions
4 observed coaching sessions with feedback are to take place on days 2, 4, 6, and 8.
Performance Evaluation
Performance Evaluation after completion of all parts of this education.
