This programme is structured to provide you with a solid ground in coaching, equipping you with powerful coaching tools, ready to apply and integrate with your field of expertise.

This programme is a part of the Certification Programme for Coaches and Leaders, accredited by the well-known International Coaching Federation (ICF), offering you the opportunity to earn credentialing and become ICF certified coach.

Suitability - Who should attend?
This education is aimed for you who wants to become Graduate Coach, with an option for continuous education to earn credentialing issued by ICF, any time during or after this programme.
No previous coaching skills required.
Outcome / Qualification etc.
Upon successful completion of all parts of this programme, participants are expected to Graduate. Detailed information regarding the graduation process will be e-mailed to you after Module 4.
For further inspiration and networking with coaches, you will be invited to join our Alumni. This appreciated network serves to encourage the further development of coaches and keep the coaching tools in good shape.
You are welcome to join a variety of CoachCompanion’s programmes that match your interests as well as make inquiries regarding further education to earn ACC or PCC credentialing.

Mentor Coaching
For your support during this education, 4 individual mentor coaching sessions with a professional certified coach (PCC) are included.
Observed sessions
4 observed coaching sessions with feedback are to take place on days 2, 4, 6, and 8.
