Outcome / Qualification etc.
On completion, learners will achieve the Improvement Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard, aligned to Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt principles.
They will also build a portfolio of evidence and complete a final end-point assessment that includes a practical project and professional discussion.
Optional Yellow Belt certification is also available, recognising the learner's applied understanding of continuous improvement tools.
Training Course Content
Participants will gain knowledge and hands-on experience in:
• Problem-solving methodologies such as DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyse, Implement, Control)
• Data collection and basic analysis
• Root cause analysis• Visual management and process mapping
• Waste identification and 5S workplace organisation
