Springboard Fresh Steps Overview - Returning to work or reassessing the future
Returners & experienced workers can help refocus for the next phase of their working and personal life. It is a way for organisations to attract workers returning to work from maternity, paternity or long-term sick leave. It can also be a tool for people who are re-evaluating their career direction or their life priorities. Employers can also use it as part of any redundancy package.
Most of us who have been in work for some years find ourselves living with the consequences of decisions we may have made many years ago. However, our circumstances many now have changed and our work and personal goals may need to change as well.
Fresh Steps is an innovative personal and work development course which enables people to review their professional progress, reassess their priorities and direction and to set and achieve new personal and work goals.

The programme is composed of 3 one day workshops delivered on-site or 6 half day workshops delivered virtually. Delivery can be tailored to suit the organisation and will be discussed further.

Springboard Fresh Steps Delivery
Delivery for the Fresh Steps programme consists of:
- 3-day workshops if face to face. Remotely, the programme will be split into 6 x 3.5 hour sessions over 6 weeks.
- Project work between workshops, specifically tailored to
each individual’s requirements. - An especially written folder with background, additional information plus self-development exercises to work through, in-between workshops.
- Peer group support and networking.
- The programme is open to both men and women, whilst acknowledging gender differences in subject matter.
- Group work also involved, so very interactive.
