Course description
In this course you will increase confidence in drawing, develop observational skills, learn a range of drawing techniques and increase understanding of materials within a supportive and learning studio environment.
Subject Contents/Topics to be covered:
1. Learn a range of drawing techniques, including measuring, line, gesture, proportion, tonal shading, erasing etc in pencil.
2. Develop observational skills, work with confidence and be aware of Health and Safety
Teaching/Learning Methods:
The class will be taught through a combination of tutor demonstrations, timed drawing exercises, individual practice, group discussion, question and answer, observation and tutor feedback.
