Policy Implementation
Gain an in-depth understanding of policy implementation with this one-day course from Dods Training. Participants will have the opportunity to work together with professionals from different backgrounds, to help them acquire a broad picture of policy implementation, and what really works.
The highly interactive course will see participants working through workshop exercises and case studies in order to learn about policy implementation and delivery at every stage. Attendees will also greatly benefit from designing their own delivery planning tool, in which to take back to their roles and put into practice.
Prior to the course, participants will be asked to complete a short questionnaire about their policy role so that the course can be tailored towards their specific learning needs - and they can get the most from the workshop.
