Course description

UX Evaluation: User Testing

UX intrigues you and you have a scientific mind? UX needs you! UX evaluation is an empirical practice; this expertise is the most widespread and sought after among the various UX specializations.

User testing supports the development of interfaces, from paper models to final prototypes and existing interfaces. As interface fidelity improves, test methods are refined: from simple interview-type testing to physiological techniques.

In this MOOC, you will learn how to perform effective UX assessments in a business context. Experts from Tech3lab, North America's largest UX lab, will teach you how to apply the scientific rigor necessary to obtain valid results throughout this process, in order to deliver recommendations based on empirical measurements.

No prior knowledge is required. Join the Tech3Lab experts to master user testing tools and methods with this course or by undertaking the MicroMasters in UX Design and Evaluation .
