Learn new cake decorating ideas and techniques
Turn your ordinary cakes into fantastically decorated cakes. This workshop offers 9hrs professional tuition and the use of all course materials including a 2hrs session on “How to sell your cakes”
Course Aim: Students will gain knowledge and skills that will enable them to cover a cake with a textured surface while learning the following:
Introduction to textured designs
Sugar paste/ gumpaste flowers
Drapes and boarders
Cut outs and cake toppers
*students are required to have basic skills for cake decorating
Please note, This workshop can also be arranged for a Saturday one to one session cost £300 ring Maxine to book a place.
