The most useful part by far was applying the modules to real examples.

Overall a great course. The trainer was able to adapt his style and the content to suit an NGO rather than a business which really helped.

Really good session, thoroughly interesting and absorbing.

Really good session, thoroughly interesting and absorbing. Reassuring that I probably already do most of this (as a therapist, I should!) but good reminders and theory.
