This one year introductory programme in Introduction to the Hospitality Industry is for those students who wish to develop their hospitality industrial skills.

Entry requirements
No entry requirements are required but you must have an interest in the subject area you are applying for. You will have a College interview and if necessary references may be taken up. You may need to show a varied portfolio of creative work.
An interview with a member of staff from the Foundation Studies team plus a good reference from school/college is mandatory.
Students will be expected to commit to the course and display good attendance & punctuality.
