This course is designed to cover the practical requirements and skills required to carry out the location of underground services in accordance with HSG47. The programme focuses on the safe operation of CAT GEN 4 Cable Avoidance Tool and Signal Generator (Genny) and addresses the safety considerations of locating underground services and interpreting utility plans accordingly.
HSS Training is a CITB CSkills Awards approved centre, accredited to deliver this training programme for site supervisors who are required to demonstrate health and safety regulations compliance when using SPX Gen 4 & Genny.
