The PET Architect

This course focuses on the skills and knowledge also covered in the Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA)™ examination. This class is the most advanced of the HFI CXA series. It reveals core insights that will enable you to structure persuasion strategies that attack whole markets, create innovative offerings, and ensure the success of applications.

Objective
