Course description
The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ is one of two Level 7 academic qualifications in the UK. The other is the Level 7 Certificate in EDI, also offered by the institute.
The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ is accredited by NCFE. It is modular in design, and has a strong focus on understanding equality legislation, leading diverse teams and workforce, EDI data analysis and reporting, and leadership for equity. It is intended to provide learners with knowledge and skills to interrogate and support their organisations’ equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) work.
Taught elements of the programme, and assessments, are approximately 120 hours and sessions are ‘taught’ in blocks of 2 or 3 hours.
To achieve the Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’, all module assignments must be undertaken and passed.

The Level 7 Diploma in ‘Equity, Inclusion & Organisational Diversity’ is open to anyone, in any industry or sector with an interest in equity, diversity & inclusion, and/or responsibility for leading equity, diversity & inclusion at organisational or sub-organisational level. In other words, this programme is open to:

To pursue the Level 7 Diploma, learners will need an undergraduate degree (in any subject), or an equivalent qualification, plus a minimum of 5 years work experience.
