Course description
This week long course is aimed at those who would like to apply for work in television art departments, but who lack the technical skills required whilst having a solid creative portfolio, or for those wishing to up date their skills. It is also intended for potential applicants to the MA Production Design for Film and Television course at Kingston University who may have a degree in related subjects, ranging from Fine Art to Product Design, but may not have the basic technical knowledge required for acceptance onto the course.
Participants will be taken through an elementary design process beginning with a site survey of a particular location on campus. Using the information gathered they will produce a 1:50 technical drawing for a set related to the location and will produce a white card model of this design.
