Project Managent Professional (PMI-PMP) Online Training Course
PMP is a globally recognized project managent certification that identifies qualified and quality project managers. The PMP certification validates that project managers have the necessary skills to complete projects on time and within budget. The course covers the entire project life cycle from initiation and planning through execution, acceptance, support and closure. Project managers are in high dand in the IT industry and are one of the higher paying sectors within IT.
The purpose of this program is to prepare experienced project managent team mbers to take the PMP ® (Project Managent Professional) certification examination. The phasis is on explaining the PMI ® (Project Managent Institute) best practices for project managent across the continuum from predictive through adaptive life cycles as proposed in the 6th Edition PMBOK® (Project Managent Body of Knowledge).
The course provides the student the information required to understand the concepts that will need to be applied in an analytical manner to answer examination situational questions. It is expected that the student will review these lessons and use practice questions and flash cards to finish preparation for the examination.
Please Note: This is the training course only. There may be other pre-requistes you need to fulfill in order to meet the PMP Exam Certification requirents.
