Discriminatory attitudes, inaccurate assumptions, and stereotypes, lead to qualified and capable people with disabilities being denied job opportunities available to others who are fully abled.
Workplace discrimination against disabled people is a problem. Fortunately, it is a problem that the law is designed to address vigorously – with substantial penalties for those who fall short in making reasonable adjustments.
