How To Become an Electrician - Beginner

Are you looking to switch careers or strengthen your skills in the electrical sector? Logic4training’s New Entrant Domestic Electrical Installer Programme has a Foundation and Advanced module that cover all the practical skills and qualifications relating to domestic electrical works needed to join a competent person scheme and become a domestic electrical installer

Where to Start?

Expand your skillset with Logic4training’s Domestic Electrical Installer Course which has both Foundation and Advanced Modules

The Foundation Course is a hands-on course that consists of an initial four-week block, followed up by a further 7 days consisting of a further 2 industry qualifications which can be taken at a date that suits you.

Delivered by our expert trainers, the course includes training and assessment on the essential aspects of electrical installation in domestic environments, such as testing & inspection, wiring in boilers and fitting electrical appliances – showers and cookers, for example.

This course also acts as stepping stone to the Advanced Course that incorporates the LCL L3 Certificate in Installing, Testing and Ensuring Compliance of Electrical Installations in Dwellings course which, alongside two-years of relevant experience, is a necessary requirement of joining an electrical competent persons’ scheme.
