Suitability - Who should attend?
To qualify for a FREE Level 1, 2 or 3 online learning course, you must:
- You must be aged 19 years or over as at 1/9/21
- You must have lived in the UK for the last three years, or be able to prove your residency status, for example, indefinite leave to remain, settled status or you are an Asylum seeker who has been in the UK for more than 6 months.

This FREE course is split into eight manageable units, covering topics such as:
- Understanding customer service in the retail sector
- How teamwork contributes to the effectiveness of a retail business
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Understanding the control, receipt and storage of stock.
