Presented by the highly experienced trainer Jackie Sheldon, it will ensure that you understand the key legal elements of the document - which in turn will ensure you comply with the legal requirements and will make your minutes more useful commercially.


Topics discussed will include what board minutes are and why a company must have them, key skills for a good minute taker, and directors' written resolutions. Standard board minute items and the legal reasoning behind them will also be explored, along with documenting dissent, maintaining legal privilege, and much more.
