Candidates sitting the Solicitors Qualifying Examination are required to have knowledge of ethics and professional conduct that will be tested pervasively across all subject areas.

Not only will this knowledge assist as part of your preparation for your SQE assessment, but it is also essential information connected with the practice of law in the workplace.

Presenter Tracey Calvert is the Co-Chair of the International Bar Association’s Professional Ethics Committee and was previously employed by the Law Society and the SRA as a senior ethics adviser.
