Using two case studies - discrimination & transfer of undertakings - this virtual classroom seminar will provide you with the opportunity to engage in practical case analysis, as well as hone your advocacy skills under the guidance of employment law barrister and expert advocacy trainer Alastair Hodge.
You will learn about constructing complex arguments for applications and submissions along with how to approach appeals to the Employment Appeal Tribunal, as well as sharpen your advanced advocacy skills.
Alastair Hodge specialises in all aspects of Employment Law. He is also a Senior Advocacy Trainer for the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple and has spent many years teaching the art of advocacy, both nationally and internationally.
