Course description

This virtual classroom seminar is aimed at those who already have some experience of reviewing and amending commercial contracts but are keen to develop that knowledge further.


The live session is structured around a series of practical examples, drawn from the trainer’s own considerable experience of this topic, and is delivered with an emphasis on finding common sense solutions and risk management.
