Presented by barrister Sian Davies, this virtual classroom seminar will cover recent developments in legislation relating to community care law, including the amendments to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and its interplay with the Care Act 2014.
The session will also look at whether services are or should be provided under the Care Act 2014 or Mental Health Act 1983 s.117, and will address recent case law on the Care Act 2014.
