This virtual classroom seminar will set out the latest updates from the Office of the Public Guardian, the SCCO and relevant case law.


Presented by Adrian Hawley, head of Court of Protection at Partners in Costs, this live session is suitable for those working with property and affairs cases in the Court of Protection, as well as anyone working in a solicitor’s practice in the Court of Protection department, from the Deputy to the telephone handlers. It will cover the latest developments in hourly rates, the current position of the working group on hourly rates, dealing with litigation matters from 1 April 2021, as well as all the latest from the Court of Protection in relation to property and affairs cases.
