It will also discuss the amendments to fees for litigators and advocates made by the 3 Statutory Instruments published in late 2022, as well as the importance of understanding the term "main hearing" and the differences in fee increases for litigators and advocates, plus much more.

This webinar will bring you up to date on all the changes that were made in the latter part of 2022.
It will concentrate on the billing of lower crime work and the billing of crown court work.
The session will also cover important points on billing contained in the new 2022 Contract Specification document which was published to coincide with the coming into force of new Contracts on the 1 October 2022 - sections 9 and 10 of the Specification documents are extremely important.
