It will concentrate on the billing of lower crime work and the billing of crown court work.

The webinar will cover the increase in fees for lower crime work, Crown Court preparation work, and work done by advocates in the Crown Court. It will also discuss the amendments to fees for litigators and advocates made by the 3 Statutory Instruments published in late 2022, as well as the importance of understanding the term "main hearing" and the differences in fee increases for litigators and advocates, plus much more.
