This virtual classroom seminar will provide a detailed insight into the recent developments in Ireland regarding company directors, in particular their obligations towards creditors of the company and additional filing requirements with the Companies Registration Office.
The session will discuss public access to the Central Register of Beneficial Ownerships, plus the extension of COVID-19 Interim Changes to the Companies Act 2014. Director’s liability upon piercing of the corporate veil will be explored along with screening of the Third Country Transaction Bill 2023.
