Course description

Through this modular webinar, presenter Kathy Daniels will look at all aspects of equality and diversity. The focus will be on the requirements of the Equality Act 2010, but will also feature some additional issues such as the impact of unconscious bias on decisions that individuals make.


The modules will include a summary of the protected characteristics, which are the grounds on which a discrimination claim can be made, before moving on to look at prohibited conduct, the different forms that discrimination can take.


Finally, some of the broader issues that combine to give us a full understanding of equality and diversity will be considered.
