Course description
There are few better ways to bring junior employment law and HR practitioners up to speed with the employment tribunal process than a full day mock tribunal. Alastair Hodge presents this full-day in-person seminar in the form of a mock employment tribunal, which will cover the process from start to finish.
A case study will be provided in advance of the session, during which delegates will be able to watch an unscripted preliminary and final hearing based on the case, with opportunities for questions throughout. It will cover pre-action matters, issuing claims, a full demonstration of a constructive dismissal and age discrimination case, effective advocacy and more.
