Course description

Public inquiries have become considerably more common in the last 3 decades, as 69 were launched between 1990 and 2017, compared to only 19 in the thirty years prior. There are currently a number of different ongoing inquiries, including the well-publicised Covid-19 inquiry. It is therefore increasingly likely that you will find yourself acting in an inquiry in some capacity.

Ramya Nagesh presents this live interactive broadcast that will tackle any confusion which you may have surrounding public inquiries, and provide you with the tools and understanding to represent those participating in an inquiry. It will summarise the mountain of documents they require, their specific rules and statute, and much more.
