The Economic Crime & Corporate Transparency Act 2023 (‘ECCTA’) is bringing a number of changes to the Companies Act 2006, the first instalment of which is being implemented in Spring 2024.


This short webinar will provide detail on these changes to assist you, as a company secretary or an accountant, with how to prepare and guide your clients.
