Course description
The SRA’s Transparency Rules require firms and freelance solicitors providing certain specified legal services, to publish information about price, service and regulatory matters.
These rules, originally introduced in 2018, continue to cause issues with law firms and individual solicitors, regarding how to comply, while avoiding significant price and profitability issues. This is reflected in the Law Society publishing a new practice note as recently as August 2022.
During this short, practical webinar, Richard Allen, a former law firm partner and leading pricing consultant, will take you through the SRA’s requirements and how to put these into practice. Importantly, this webinar will show you how to avoid fettering your pricing potential and in turn your profitability.
