This course includes detailed practical and theoretical study in core areas of construction management including technology, surveying, estimating, tendering and design processes. You will also study sustainable construction practice.

4 GCSEs grades A*-C or Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma or Level 2 NVQ Work Based Diploma (for year two of Level 3 courses)

Progression Opportunities
Students generally progress onto a higher level of Construction Management course, move into a job with training (such as an apprenticeship) or move into full time employment.
