Course description
Aimed at residential landlords and agents, the course provides a valuable insight into hoarding behaviours and will give you the tools needed to communicate effectively with a tenant who is hoarding or living in extreme clutter. We'll also provide you clarity on how to deal with hoarding and extreme clutter in respect of landlord safety responsibilities, particularly around fire safety, gas and electrical safety, and property access and egress.
